The majority of our products are made to order therefore production can take 3 to 6 weeks.
The current lead time is:
Up to 5 working days for smaller and non-bespoke items (i.e placemats, coasters).
Up to 3 weeks for larger and bespoke items (i.e stools, tables).
All MarbleSil products and designs are produced within the UK and all of our material suppliers are also based within the UK. Each product will vary slightly in colour and pattern, this is due to the materials nature and bespoke qualities therefore imagery on our website might slightly differ from your product
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns on items that are not sent back in a perfect condition. Returned items of this nature will not be sent back to the customer unless they pay postage costs.
When items are pre-ordered and paid for in advance, your returns period will start from the day that you receive your order.
To return an order, please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange and include your original order number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office when returning items to us as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive to us.
Please note that returns can take 3 working days to be processed and then up to a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending upon your payment provider.
To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.
What you can’t send back
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable:
Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (i.e. outside of standard customisation options), is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element.
Return and Reuse
As a brand Hannah Williams is driven by suitability and we want larger bespoke items to never end up in landfill, giving them continuous life.
Hannah Williams wants customers to be a part of the sustainability process and help these items have a never ending lifecycle.
Goods can be returned when you no longer need, find use for or want at the customers cost and we will then re-work and re-use your larger bespoke item to create a completely new piece for either yourself or a new customer.
If you require a new piece of bespoke furniture or item this will also come at a cost however you will be joining us on our journey to having a life lasting piece of furniture that will never end in landfill.

MarbleSil is soft to touch, therefore, certain products such as tables etc. need to be taken with care when it comes to Sharpe objects.
Coasters and placemats are dishwasher and washing machine friendly.
MarbleSil products can take temperature extremes from -59°C – 260°C and therefore are safe to put hot plates and frozen items onto, with these temperature extremes MarbleSil products can be used within the home or for outdoor areas.
Cleaning MarbleSil is very easy, you can use any cleaning products/ detergents or simply just water. MarbleSil does not support bacterial growth therefore is a naturally hygienic product.
Products can be used within the home or outside however like most products, extreme sunlight exposure could slightly change the colour of your product.
